How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express delivery, except orders shipped to PO Boxes. PO Box orders are shipped via USPS. All orders are shipped discretely in plain white boxes with no indication of the packages contents.

What is your refund policy and return instructions?
Our refund policy is simple. If your not 100% satisfied with the SizePro System, simply return the remaining pills and stretcher device within 60 days of receiving it for a complete refund. Please note, you must return the product to be eligible for a refund.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

Why was my credit card declined?
Credit cards are declined due to a few possible reasons. First you need to verify the billing address you entered into the order form is the same exact address that you receive your credit card statement. Take a look at a recent credit card statement and verify that your mailing/billing address matches the one on the statement that your credit card company sends you.

If this does not work we recommend calling your credit card company and asking them why the transaction was declined. Sometimes credit card companies block Internet transactions and require you to call them to authorize the transaction.
